About me

Writer, editor, presenter, trainer, consultant, mentor, wordmonger – notably (and lengthily) at FourFourTwo from 2004 to 2018 but I have also wrangled words for the Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Sun, The Athletic, Metro, Heat, Stuff, Manchester United FC, The Bolton News, When Saturday Comes, What Hi-Fi?, Practical Motorhome and doubtless many others whose names currently escape me. Like the hackney cabs from which we derive the word ‘hack’, I’m available for hire by whoever may ask.
